Sunweb Group

At Sunweb, a leading Dutch company in the European travel sector with over 30 years of experience, I worked as a product designer. In this role, I collaborated closely with UX researchers to understand the pain points and needs of our users. Following a user-centered approach, I created wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, which were then rigorously tested both quantitatively and qualitatively. Once the business model and usability were validated, we launched the product and continuously monitored and tested its performance. Additionally, I was responsible for UI design, ensuring that the aesthetics of the site aligned with our established design system. Through interaction design, I consistently aimed to improve user interactions with the site.

Paack Logistics

At Paack, where I worked as a Product and UX/UI Designer, we were a startup in the logistics industry, delivering lots of parcels every day across Europe for big names like Amazon, AliExpress, Shein, and Decathlon. In my role, I led the creation of digital products focused on making things easy for users. I worked with different teams to understand what users needed and then came up with designs to meet those needs. I did things like research to learn about users, created sketches and models of how things might work, and tested these ideas with real users to make them better. I also made sure our designs looked consistent with our brand and kept our design system organized and up to date.
